For years, we sat at Charles’ table, captivated not just by the man, but by the relentless craft behind his coffee. To us, Charles wasn't just our beloved uncle; he was a master at work. We became obsessed with the precision of his roast—the way he could coax out flavors that felt like home, regardless of where we were.
That obsession turned into a responsibility.
We realized that 25 years of mastery shouldn't stay behind a single roaster. It deserved to be shared. Michael and I (Sofia) founded the brand side of Tio Charles Coffee with a singular goal: to protect and propel Charles’ legacy. We handle the logistics, the design, and the vision, so that Charles can stay doing what he loves, roasting the perfect bean.
We don't just sell coffee. We carry forward a tradition of excellence, ensuring that the fire Charles started two decades ago continues to burn in every kitchen in Tulsa and beyond.
