How fresh is the coffee?
All of our coffee is roasted weekly by Charles himself. It is shipped the day it is roasted. This means your coffee is freshly roasted, no more than 12 days between roasting and sale.

Do you offer whole bean or ground?
Both! Just select your preference when you order. If you’re not sure, we’re happy to help based on your brewing method.

What roast should I get?
Colombian : Notes of citrus, red berry & caramel, best if you drink black coffee.
Mexican: Notes of green apple & cinnamon. Great with steamed milk or honey.
Brazilian : Notes of dark chocolate, toffee, toasted nuts. Best for sweeter coffees.
Tio’s Roast: Notes of cocoa & roasted marshmallow. The most versatile blend.

How long will my coffee last?
Coffee stays freshest for 2–3 weeks in our bags, just keep them sealed.
After that, store it in the freezer to extend freshness (but never the fridge!). You can use it right out to the freezer. -
What are your shipping options?
Tulsa: We offer free local delivery within city limits for orders over $30 or $3 delivery for smaller orders.
Outside Tulsa: Flat-rate shipping via USPS. Orders are packed and shipped 1–2 days after your order.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships!

Can I send coffee as a gift?
Absolutely! Add a note at checkout and we’ll include it in the package.
Order Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. Once the bag is sold, it can not be resold.
